One of the biggest challenges we hear about is not just eating healthy on the road, but actually eating healthy at home. It is actually easier for some travelers to eat healthy on the road because the food is prepared for you. At home, frequent travelers face the challenge of stocking a kitchen, planning meals and preparing food.
